Vital to the success of our farm gleaning during the summer and fall is having a great group of excited gleaners as part of our Rapid Response Teams. These folks opt-in for texts from us when we’re contacted by a grower with excess produce, and we usually have them out gleaning produce in two or three days.
Below are links to sign up for our Rapid Response Teams – we have teams for several Central Kentucky counties, and you’re more than welcome to join the list of any county you think you’d be willing to glean. If you have trouble using these links, no worries – just send us an email at ben@gleanky.org, and we’ll work on getting you sorted out!
One final note: Signing up for our Rapid Response Team only means you’ll be contacted when we need gleaners. You aren’t required to glean every time we ask, but you’ll always be among the first to know when we’re looking for help!
