I just graduated from Lexington Tradition Magnet School and will be going to STEAM Academy in the fall.

Science. I’m looking forward to taking Biology in high school.

What kind of career are you interested in?

I want to help people. I’m thinking about being a Doctor in an emergency room.

What is your favorite thing about Kentucky?

I like the culture, our accent, and the pride we have for our state. I like how our voice is heard.

What do you like about GleanKY?

I like how you help the hungry. I just learned how much food waste there is and it’s a lot! I think that we can make a difference in Kentucky and maybe in the whole world.

What hobbies do you have?

Art, building legos, and cooking. My mom taught me how to cook but my favorite dish to make is one I made up! It has potatoes, Italian sausage, and asparagus in it.

Do you have any hidden talents?

Yes … dancing!

What is your favorite food?

Spaghetti with meatballs and parmesan cheese.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, which fruit or vegetable would you bring with you?

Apples! I love cinnamon apples and homemade apple juice.

Is there anything else you want to share about yourself?

I am a hard worker. I won the George Washington Carver Award for showing passion and determination through science. I had a 3.5 GPA all year and was nominated for the Student of the Year award.

I also have 4 disorders. This has taught me that I am special in my own way. I try to be a role model for others and I care for my family and friends. I always have a smile on my face.
