We are currently hiring a North Central Coordinator.
The North Central Field Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ongoing development and management of Glean Kentucky’s gleaning operations in the North Central region, with a focus on Jefferson and Oldham counties. This position will recruit and support produce growers, grocers, volunteers, and recipient groups to maximize efficiency and efficacy, while helping to analyze and solve challenges as they arise. The Coordinator will maintain strong relationships with constituents of Glean Kentucky to expand and promote the programming goals of the organization.

The Director of Digital and Community Engagement position is seeking applications.

Position Overview:

The Director of Digital and Community Engagement is a new leadership position designed to strengthen the heart of Glean Kentucky’s mission: our people. This role will lead efforts to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers and donors through meaningful storytelling, digital outreach, and community partnerships.

The Director will also play a key role in shaping and leading Glean Kentucky’s communications and engagement team—providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff and interns who support the organization’s outreach and community-building goals.

The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic—someone who can craft a compelling message, build relationships across diverse communities, and inspire people to take action in support of food justice.
