Must be a Kentucky resident to participate. Attendance to the Garden Gala on June 7, 2019 is not mandatory to win. A physical ticket will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days. Please keep the ticket, as it lists your odds number. Your ticket stub will be entered in a bowl with other ticket stubs and drawn at random. Drawing will be held at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa in Lexington, KY on June 7, 2019 at 9:30 PM. GleanKY has seven (7) days to alert the winner. Winner has thirty (30) days to claim prize. Failure to claim prize will result a redrawing at the GleanKY office (501 W. 6th St. Suite 250, Lexington, KY 40508) on July 15th at 1:00 PM.
Winner will choose between a five (5) course meal for six (6) people OR a passed appetizers and cocktail party for twenty-five (25) people.
Winner is responsible for venue and must secure a kitchen area for Jason Smith. Dinner or party may be scheduled year-round, given that Jason does not have filming obligations. Blackout dates include all major holidays and December 20-January 2. If a time is scheduled and must be canceled due to filming, Jason will reschedule at a second agreed upon date.
If venue is sixty (60) miles outside of Lexington, KY, winner is responsible for travel expenses for Jason Smith. This includes gas mileage and overnight accommodations.
