What an amazing and successful season we had in our first year! Between mid-June and the end of November, forty volunteers collected approximately 37,500 lbs. of fresh food from farmers’ markets, local orchards, and farmers’ fields in central Kentucky. This food was delivered to fourteen food agencies and churches that feed the poor and hungry.
