Orchard gleaning is just around the corner. In late August, we begin bi-weekly trips out to Reed Valley Orchard to harvest windfall apples, the apples that have fallen to the ground. This is a favorite activity for our volunteers, and one your whole family or an office work group can participate in together.
We’ll soon have our harvest dates posted on our SignUp.com page, so that you can sign up for a volunteer time that’s convenient for you.
